A lovely white Rhum Agricole from La Mauny, a distillery found in Martinique.

This rum is made with the fermented juice of the freshly pressed sugar cane, creating a fragrant and grassy spirit, as opposed to the heavier molasses-based variants.

The result is a bright, fresh rum with notes of grilled pineapple, estery mango and banana, peaches, toffee, slight mineral, lime rind, powdered white sugar, peppery spice and some pressed flowers.

Bottled at a warming 45% ABV, this would make a superb Ti’ Punch!
