This non-chill-filtered spirit has been produced in small batches of around 30 first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels being selected for each edition.

The spirit offers notes of zesty orange rind, tobacco leaves, chocolate coated nuts, sweet oak, salted caramel, rich espresso, apples, pears, black pepper, cinnamon and drying herbs.

Complex, flavoursome and well-crafted, this is an excellent Irish single malt.
