Another cracking single cask dram from Kavalan distillery.

This whisky, a 2012 vintage, has been matured in a single American oak wine barrel that has been toasted and recharred.

The final result is a dram that offers plentiful flavours of dried fruit, toffee, red grapes, wine, vanilla, toasted oak, sweet malt, plums and strawberries.

Bottled at a warming 57.8% ABV, this is a rich and satisfying whisky. Only 181 bottles were produced.
