Kavalan’s Solist Sherry single cask releases have taken on an almost legendary status, often touted as some of the best World Whisky available on the market. This bottling is made of the very same stuff, vatted together and reduced to 46% ABV using the highest quality Kavalan mineral water. The heat of Taiwan makes of an intensely flavoured and rich whisky. Drinkers should expect bold, sherried flavours, rich with dried fruit, toffee and fruit loaf. Unlike the single barrel releases, this is a permanent addition to the Kavalan line, meaning us drinkers get to enjoy the delicious sherried flavour as much as we want. Kavalan Sherry Oak is free from artificial colouring and non-chillfiltered, meaning the natural flavour of the whisky shines through. This whisky comes with a smart red presentation box, and would be a great addition to any collection of World Whiskies.
