This fantastic oak-aged gin takes Jodhpur’s classic Indian inspired London Dry Gin, and matures it briefly former Spanish brandy American White Oak casks. The original gin has a lovely selection of botanicals including grapefruit rind, liquorice, ginger, juniper, and two different types of angelica from Belgium and Saxony. This classic, citrus-forward and rich gin balances perfectly with the flavours of vanilla, toffee, dried fruit and oak gained from the cask. A great option served over ice, or in stirred gin cocktails such as the Negroni.
