It is made with 13 different botanicals such as almond, bitters, angelica, orange peel, coriander, liquorice root, cassia bark (a type of cinnamon), and lemon peel. This gin walks the line between the bitter and the sweet with grace, and we recommend it for something like a Tom Collins.
