A truly classic Bourbon from one the most well known and well respected whiskey makers in the industry. The historic white label is said to have been made to the same recipe since 1795. This iconic bottling is aged for a minimum of four years in charred, new American white oak casks. The mashbill of this warming drop contains a high proportion of spicy rye. The distillation process occurs at a lower temperature, and the spirit itself is distilled to a lower strength before casking, around 62.5% ABV. This means that less dilution is required, ensuring a greater strength of flavour. A bright, oaky bourbon with a good dose of spicy rye, this represents superb value for money.
