Made with 77% Corn, 13% Rye and 10% Malted Barley, and thought to contain Bourbon over 15 years old, this is an incredibly flavoursome whiskey, with notes of deep caramel, sticky date pudding, hot cinnamon, peanuts, anise, herbs, creamy vanilla, toffee and charred oak.

Non chill filtered, and bottled at a robust proof of 55.5% ABV, this is a rich and powerful Bourbon.
