Islay Mist was first launched as a replication of a blended whisky served at the Lord Margadale’s 21st birthday party, way back in the 1920s.

The “Deluxe”, non age stated, bottling blends Islay malt whisky with gentler mainland malts. This is a high-quality blend, featuring distilleries as illustrious as Caol Ila and Lahproaig.

As the name suggests, this whisky has a gentler peat, with a crisp, sweet cereal flavour throughout.

A half bottle of 350ml, this would make a perfect gift for any peat-head.
