A fascinating gin release from Piemonte, Italy based company Del Professore, better known for its superb vermouth.

This “Madame” gin is the partner to the “Monsieur” bottling. Whilst “Monsieur” is a more traditional juniper, citrus forward gin. “Madame” on the other hand is rich with cinnamon, vanilla, and floral flavours.

The gin is made with botanicals including juniper, cloves, cinnamon, tansy, zedoària and cassia. These botanicals are infused with a juniper distillate, creating a complex and flavoursome spirit.

A sweet and floral offering, this would lend itself well to cocktails such as the Aviation or Clover Club.

Beautifully presented, and non chill filtered, this is a gin of unrelenting class.
