These juniper berries are harvested between September and October, when they have reach optimum ripeness.

Additional botanicals of Roman chamomile, bitter orange peel, and angelica root are also used, among more spices.

The botanicals are vapour distilled, ensuring the delicate flavours both preserved, and fully extracted.

Drinkers should expect a gin brimming with Italian sophistication, featuring notes of bright, drying juniper, soft spice, gentle floral notes and brightening citrus rind.
