Another animal inspired release from Highland Park.

In recent releases, Highland Park have paid homage to the Vikin heritage of their home island of Orkney. Vikings had an affinity for the bear, the fearsome characteristics of which were prized by Nordic society. This whisky’s powerful flavours seek to represent the “Spirit of the Bear”.

Aged in sherry seasoned American oak casks, this is a classic Highland Park whisky, packed with smoky, coastal character. The dram serves up notes of dried fruit, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, vanilla, peppery peat and pressed flowers.
