A maritime inspired limited edition gin from Hendrick’s, in partnership with Project Seagrass, a charity that seeks to preserve seagrass ecology.

Created by Master Distiller Lesley Gracie, this gin makes use of Scottish coastal botanicals, creating a particularly seaside feel to this spirit.

The traditional Hendrick’s rose and cucumber are still present, but they are joined by strong notes of clifftop flowers, earthy spice, bittersweet juniper, sea spray and citrus rind.

Excellent enjoyed with soda water, and garnished with cucumber.
