A huge favourite across Europe, this rose petal and cucumber infused gin, produced at Girvan distillery, is seen by many as the reason the spirit has enjoyed such a resurgence. Incredibly popular and for good reason, this is a gin that has maintained its quality whilst its profile has risen astronomically. The gin is distilled in small batches, typically under 500 litres, to allow the master distiller greater control over production. Hendrick’s uses juniper (of course), alongside yarrow, elderflower, orange peel, chamomile, caraway, angelica, cubeb, lemon, orris root and coriander in distillation. The spirit is then infused with cucumber and rose, giving it its signature flavour. This smaller miniature bottling (a charming recreation of the iconic round bottle) allows drinkers to try before committing to a full bottle.
