A powerful Absinthe made in Italy to a modern formula. Hapsburg have been making Absinthe since 1999 and offer a different take on the historic spirit.

This edition comes in four different flavours, but this is the original bottling, which is flavoured with grand wormwood (Artemisia Absinthium).

The Absinthe offers notes of intense, bittersweet wormwood, accompanied by verdant herbs and a minty zing.

Bottled at an incredible 89.9% ABV, we recommend care when consuming this drink, which is best served diluted with iced water.

Works brilliantly when added in a dash to cocktails.
