A luxurious Absinthe, created by Italian company Hapsburg, who have been producing the spirit since 1999.

Verdant and herbaceous, this spirit is flavoured with grand wormwood (Artemisia Absinthium). The absinthe offers notes of bittersweet wormwood, aniseed, peppery spice, mint and chopped herbs.

Bottled at an incredible 85% ABV, this is best served in the traditional manner, with plenty of iced water. It also works superbly as a “seasoning” to cocktails, applied in a dash or spritz.
