An Italian absinthe that offers a slightly different take on the famous wormwood flavoured liqueur.

The Hapsburg company take their name from Austrian imperial family that controlled parts of northern Italy. This brand was first launched in 1999, and offers a new, modern version of the spirit, made with grand wormwood, for a powerful, bittersweet flavour with touches of mint and chopped herbs.

Bottled at 72.5% ABV, this is a best served with ice cold water and a small amount of sugar.
