Another new addition to the Glenmorangie Legends range, this whisky pays homage to the Tarlogie Spring that has been the source of Glenmorangie’s water since 1843. The distillery claim that the spring’s unique, mineral-rich water provides the backbone for the whisky’s classic floral style. This whisky aims to put the purity of this water at the forefront, aging the spirit in a mixture of virgin oak and ex-bourbon casks, both of which are prized for their ability to impart sweet flavours. Glenmorangie believe this dram to be the perfect reflection of the woodland path to the spring itself, with a wonderful earthy and herbaceous nose followed by a nutty, sweet palate, rich with Glenmorangie’s classic floral notes. A delicious dram!
