Another of Glendalough’s superb Season gins.

With each turn in the year’s progress, Glendalough goes foraging for herbs and fruits in the wilds around their distillery in County Wicklow, Ireland. What they gather they distill into gin on the very next day. In total 11 botanicals are used, with a core of six traditional gin ingredients of juniper, coriander, angelica root, orange peel, bitter almond, and orris root.

Glendalough state that this gin tastes like “a meadow in bloom” with notes of fresh, fragrant flowers, juicy fruits and citrus, before a core of piney juniper and earthy spice takes hold.

A gorgeous, craft produced gin which is perfect for the hotter months.
