Glendalough produces a gin for each season, with the distillers going out into County Wicklow and foraging for botanicals.

The summer gin is described as tasting ‘like a meadow in bloom’ with floral notes, and a rich fruitiness. Glendalough add that the gin is ‘fragrant and nectarous’.
