First hitting the shelves in late 2014, this is a wonderful looking whisky with a deep rosy hue. Happily it tastes as good as it looks, with the 8 months finishing time in Tawny Port casks adding plenty of jammy berries and currants to the typical Speyside vanilla, barley and floral notes. For those a little wary of unorthodox cask finishes, this is a great whisky at an even better price- one of the best value drams on the market!
