A lovely, fresh dry rum from Nicaraguan company Flor de Caña.

Produced at the San Antonio sugar mill in Chichigalpa, this rum is made with sugarcane that grows in the rich soil provided by the nearby San Cristobal volcano.

After 12 years of aging, this rum possesses plenty of depth and complexity. Drinkers can expect notes of peaches, mangos, orange blossom, tobacco, spices of cardamom and cinnamon, crisp oak, brown sugar, praline, dark chocolate and bananas.

A high quality, rather dry rum, beautifully presented in a 1 liter decanter style bottle.
