The Illinois-distillers have created this gin to target the brunch occasion! The spirit itself includes Earl Grey tea as a key botanical, alongside juniper, lemon and other more traditional ingredients.

The result is a very fresh gin, offering notes of lemon verbena, green coriander, violets, piney juniper, bergamot, black tea, bitter orange rind, mint and cinnamon.
