An terrific white vermouth from Ferdinand’s – a German producer well known for the high quality of their Riesling based gin.

This white vermouth has also been made with Riesling wine, and has been flavoured with a whole heap of botanicals, before being aged in Mosel Fuder Oak Casks – adding colour and softness.

The result is a supple vermouth with notes of spiced herbs, meadow flowers, drying white grapes, vanilla, slight oak, rooty botanicals and a little minerality.

Delicious when paired with Ferdinand’s own Dry Gin in a traditional Martini.
