A sour mash Bourbon, this dram has been aged in new American oak barrels, and filtered through charcoal prior to bottling.

The result is a surprisingly drinkable, but nevertheless, characterful whiskey, with notes of apricot, floral honey, light corn sweetness, oak spice, charcoal, vanilla, black pepper and oily nuts.

A well made, powerful Bourbon that would make a great option for cocktails.
