This bottling is part of a long-running tradition that dates back to 1983, whereby the Heaven Hill Master Distiller chooses certain barrels of a superior quality for their single barrel series. This whiskey is an excellent example.

The Bourbon offers notes of rich toasted oak, dark salted caramel, buttered corn, apples, orange rind, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, red candies, sweet orange juice, dark chocolate, coconut flakes, cracked pepper and intense vanilla custard.

A powerfully flavoursome whiskey – this Bourbon is well aged, without being over-oaked.
