A cracking edition of Elijah Craig’s celebrated 12 year old Barrel Proof bourbon.

This whiskey was bottled in May 2022, unfiltered and uncut –straight from the barrel. The spirit has been with Heaven Hill’s traditional Bourbon mashbill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley and 10% rye.

This bottling offers notes of intensely spiced apple pie, tobacco, cinnamon, cloves, pepper, toffee apples, a little leather, dustings of cocoa, vanilla, charred oak, cherries and boiled fruit candies.

Presented at 60.5% ABV, this is a powerful and intense rendition of the EC spirit.
