This small batch whiskey has been aged for 12 years in charred American oak barrels and was bottled in May 2019.

The spirit itself offers notes of rich dark cherries, apples, vanilla, mocha, toffee, orange rind, chilli, black pepper, barrel funk, oak char, sweet cinnamon, a little leather and milk chocolate.

Robust and intense at 61.1%, this is an uncut rendition of the Elijah Criag spirit.
