A bright, zesty and refreshing gin from the Asahikawa distillery.

The gin has been flavoured with the popular Japanese citrus, yuzu. Indeed, double the amount of yuzu than normal is used, giving rise to the gin's name. Other botanicals also flavour the spirit: bitter orange peel, tea, liquorice, angelica and juniper.

The end result is a richly flavoursome gin, with powerful notes of bittersweet yuzu, warming spice, orange rind, juniper, rooty liquorice and forest floor.

Delicious served with tonic and a twist of yuzu peel.
