A lovely little rum, forming part of esteemed distillery Rhum Clément’s Private Cask Collection.

A Rhum Agricole, this spirit is produced with the fermented juice of the fresh sugar cane, which has to be harvested peak of its maturity. Clément use only local sugar cane which grows around their distillery.

This bottling has been produced in line with the Cognac age grade of VSOP, meaning it is a minimum of four years old. The spirit has been aged in just one cask.

The rum serves up flavours of riche vanilla, spiced bread, honey, milky coffee, buttery oak, fragrant cane, toasted coconut, pineapple and lime rind.

Spicy, yet tropical, the rum is presented at a cask strength of 51.8% ABV.

Only 317 bottles were produced.
