A special edition of Rhum Clément’s celebrated single varietal rhum Agricole, Canne Bleue.

This bottling was created in a redesigned bottle to honour the expression’s 20th anniversary. The rum is made entirely with blue sugar cane, which is known for being a higher quality, more flavoursome sugar cane variety.

This is a single vintage rum, having been made with sugar cane and spirit from 2020.

Distilled in a traditional copper Creole column still, this rum offers notes of lime rind, tobacco leaf, subtle cinnamon, pineapple, coconut, almond, grassy sugar cane and icing sugar. There’s a little alcoholic prickle and spice.

Bottled at 50% for a little more body and power, this is a superb white rum.
