Rhum Clément is one of the very best rum producers in the world. All their rum is made from sugar cane juice (as opposed to molasses), as is dictated by the rules of the Rhum Agricole style. With this rum, they’ve created the world’s first single varietal rum by only using blue sugar cane. This is special, limited edition from 2016 of this lovely rum.
