The City of London is the historic name given to the ancient centre of London. This was the original Roman capital, and remains the ceremonial centre of the city – and a key international trading hub. The area of “the City” is far smaller than the modern London metropolis, occupying about a square mile of land – hence its nickname “The Square Mile”.

This is a gin designed for cocktails. Flavoured with botanicals including juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, liquorice root, orange peel, lemon peel and grapefruit peel.

The end product is a gin with a rich piney juniper note, followed by incredibly zesty citrus, liquorice sweetness, drying spice and peppery alcoholic heat.
