A monster bottling of XO Bas-Armagnac from Tariquet.

Distilled from 60% Ugni Blanc grapes, and 40% Baco, this is a well balanced Armagnac which is not over powdered by either sweetness or acidity. The spirit has been aged in French oak casks for a minimum of 15 years, developing outstanding complexity.

The final product serves up notes of toasty spices, chocolate, dried apricot, grapes, slight barrel funk, vanilla, prunes, figs, hazelnut and oak.

A bottling that matches giant size with huge flavour, this is more than a gimmick.
