An excellent single varietal Armagnac from Tariquet.

This spirit was made entirely from Plant de Graisse grapes. This is an ancient and rarely seen variety of grape that the Château replanted in 2001. Plant de Graisse is known for a full body, and a long finish when distilled.

After distillation, the Armagnac was aged for a minimum of 18 years in French oak casks, producing a spirit with notes of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and vanilla, alongside cocoa, liquorice, intense dried grapes, peppered old oak, subtle leather and tobacco leaf.

Bottled at 49.3% ABV, the spirit has good intensity and body.
