Another bottling in the range of Casamigos, the brand established by George Clooney (who later sold Casamigos to Diageo in a billion-dollar deal).

Casamigos is fermented for twice the normal length, and the 100% Blue Weber Jalisco Highland Agave is roasted for 10 times as long, producing deeper flavour in the final product.

This Tequila has been aged in American oak casks for 14 months, and has a a rounded, full flavour.

Compared to the reposado, the añejo bottling shows a lot more wood influence, with notes of toffee, vanilla, mixed spice and buttery oak present on the palate. There are also flavours of peppery agave, cream, mint, cut grass and lime zest.

A great sipping Tequila, with real star quality.
