A big old bottle of this top notch Brandy de Jerez, produced by famous sherry makers Osborne.

Named after Charles III of Spain, this brandy is aged in a Solera system of Oloroso sherry casks for six years. A classic technique of sherry production, a Solera is a series of casks in which the spirit is drawn from the oldest barrel, which is then topped up with the next oldest, and the next (and so on). The result is a well balanced, mature and consistent brandy.

This bottling delivers flavours of sweet dried fruit, grapes, rancio, nuts, shopped herbs, old oak, sherry, red wine and vanilla.

Delicious, and great value, Carlos III is a great option for drinking neat or mixing into cocktails.
