From the famous old Osbourne sherry house, this Brandy de Jerez has been aged in a solera system.

The spirit has then been finished in another Solera system, constructed of ancient Amontillado casks from the Solera de Amontillado La Honda, which dates back to 1857.

The result is a wonderfully complex, and somewhat savoury brandy, with notes of dried, toasted almonds and hazelnuts, salted caramel, greengages, rich dark oak, cedarwood, chopped herbs, slight woodsmoke, sherry, tobacco and dry white wine.

Enjoy as an alternative to Cognac following a good meal.
