A wonderful, well-aged Irish offering from the famous Ulster distillery. This is a single malt whiskey, rather than a blend of pot still and grain spirit, as is often the case.

This Bushmills 10 Year Old is Triple distilled in the Irish tradition, the whiskey is then matured in a mixture of former Bourbon American oak and oloroso sherry casks.

The result is a well-balanced whiskey, with the sherry cask imparting flavours of dried fruits, spices and dark oak, whilst the Bourbon barrel brings sweeter, vanilla rich flavours of bright oak and toffee. The spirit itself is apparent with a peppery spice and classic, Irish grassy malt. Delectable and delicate.

Considered by many Irish whiskey fans as the standard-setting Irish single malt, this is a whiskey of pure class.
