This boldly presented bottling is the creation of Bottega, a family owned winery dating back to 1635.

Flavoured with juniper berries, sage and lemon zest, which are macerated in water and alcohol, the spirit is then double distilled to produce a pure and flavoursome gin.

The final result is a bright, spritely gin that offers intense piney juniper, citrus rind, sage, a soft palate, toasted sage, perfumed flowers and subtle pepper.

Delicious when paired vermouth in a good Martini!
