A traditional style “ultra premium” gin produced at Langley’s distillery in the English West Midlands.
The gin has been distilled four times in century-old stills, using a spirit made from English grain, which ensures its quality and clarity.
Most notable about Botanic Gin is its use of Buddha’s hand, a zesty, fragrant citrus from eastern Asia. This is joined by more traditional botanicals of juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, orange peel, almonds, lemon peel, orris, liquorice root, cassia bark, sweet orange and orange blossom.
The result is a citrusy, bittersweet gin, with rich citrus notes, a touch of spice, a little nuttiness and some lovely floral flavours.
The gin is bottled in this boldly designed, perfume style bottling, which features an image of the Buddha in a reference to the rare citrus ingredient contained within!
