A somewhat boldly designed gin, produced by Williams and Humbert at the Langley’s distillery in the English West Midlands, but designated for the lucrative Spanish Gin market.
This rather exciting gin uses Buddha’s hand, a type of far-eastern citrus which has a fragrant zest, though almost no juice at all. In addition, Botanic kiss makes use of angelica, orange and lemon peel, almond, cassia, orris, coriander, and juniper.
It is then infused with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, giving it this lush rosy hue.
The end result is a citrusy and fruity gin, with an excellent balance between bittersweet juniper, and jammy berries.
Makes for a bold cocktail ingredient, and is definitely a spirit that catches the eye.
