A delicious, tropical gin from Botanic Cubical.
Interestingly, this gin is produced by Williams-Humbert, a sherry bodega based in Jerez.
This bottling begins with a base of neutral spirit made from English grain of the highest quality. The gin has been distilled three times for smoothness and precision. To this is added botanicals of juniper, bergamot, sweet orange and of course, mango (given the colour, we presume this has been macerated after distillation).
The final result is a bright, juicy gin with notes of fresh mango juice, mango pulp, sweet orange juice, floral herbs, bittersweet juniper and some gentle forest floor.
A complex, summery gin perfect for the warmer months. Try this over ice, or mixed with lemonade.
