The second edition of the 1999-vintage Balblair, bottled from a combination of American oak ex-bourbon barrels and Spanish oak ex-sherry butts. True to Balblair’s philosophy, it is, of course, bottled non-chillfiltered, with no added colouring, and at 46% ABV.
