A flavoursome, fiery spiced rum from the world famous rum company, Bacardi.

This bottling begins with Bacardi’s classic rum. The spirit is aged for a minimum of a year in heavily torched barrels, before being blended and filtered through charcoal. The spirit is then mixed with a secret blend of natural spices and flavourings.

The result is a rum that serves up notes of figs, raisins, charcoal, walnuts, almond, chillis dipped in chocolate, bitter coffee, cherry cola, soft oak, bananas, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Would pair beautifully with a range of mixers – cola and ginger beer particularly, but is also easy to sip over ice.
