We’ve all heard of a breakfast whisky, but what about a breakfast gin? This lovely drop is produced by Welsh distillery Aber Falls, and puts the emphasis on orange to create a gin reminiscent of the classic breakfast spread.

The gin offers up a huge hit of bitter orange rind, orange juice and sharp grapefruit, followed by subtle notes of piney juniper, slight spice, and dried herbs.

Aber Falls recommend serving this gin with dry white wine and soda water for a long fizzy style cocktail.

The Aber Falls, which is located in the village of Abergwyngregyn, North Wales, has plans to produce whisky in the long run, but for now, we will settle for enjoying this delicious gins.
