A well crafted young Genever from Dutch expert distillers, Zuidam.

Made with a blended base of neutral grain spirit and malt wine, this gin-adjacent spirit is complex and deep, flavoured with juniper, vanilla and other herbs and spices. The spirit is produced in Zuidam’s traditional copper pot stills, which adds character to the Genever.

The result is a flavoursome spirit, that offers up notes of malty bread, rich vanilla, chopped herbs, peppery spice and bittersweet juniper.

Traditionally enjoyed with chilled with a beer, this would also work wonderfully in place of gin in a range of cocktails, and of course, in the classic Gin and Tonic.
