A Dry Gin from the multi-talented Dutch distillery, Zuidam, who produce almost every spirit you can think of, from single malt, Genever, and rum to liqueurs, and, of course, also gin – they do it all fantastically. This gin, named Dutch Courage Dry Gin, is made from a wide range of botanicals, such as juniper berries, coriander from Morocco, lime and lemon from Spain, vanilla from Madagascar, iris root from Italy, angelica root, sweet oranges, and liquorice root from India. All of these botanicals are distilled separately, allowing more control over each of the botanicals. This is a gin that is very well-balanced between the citrus-y and the herbal.
