Following the craze for coloured and raspberry flavoured gin comes this expression from Whitley Neill.

This gin is made using the following botanicals: juniper, orange, lemon, orris bark, coriander seed, angelica root, raspberry and blackberry flavours.

Produced using Scottish raspberries (some of the best in the world), the sweetness of the fruit is balanced with the bright, bittersweet nature of juniper, whilst coriander adds a spicy earthiness and citrus gives a fragrant complexity.

Bottled at 43% ABV for a boost in flavour and clarity, Whitley Neill Raspberry makes for a delicious gin sour, or a fine twist on the Bramble.
