A delicious gin influenced by the flavours of traditional Asian cuisine.

Whitley Neill prides itself on the adventurous history of the founding family, and there is such a story attached to this gin. Frederick Neill travelled through Asia at the turn of the 20th century, where he first encountered lemongrass, inspiring this bottling.

Alongside the spicy ginger and fragrant lemongrass, this gin uses botanicals of coriander seeds, cassia bark, orris root, angelica root, liquorice, sweet orange and lemon.

Drinkers can expect a delicate, aromatic gin, backed up by flavours of earthy spice, bittersweet juniper and sweet citrus.

Makes a superb gin and tonic, which would pair well with a stir fry.
